I would love to wake up a bit earlier every morning and prepare these muffins for breakfast! For now I’ll settle  them in the evening I took the recipe from my sister Blog: Initially, this recipe is for a yogurt cake, but it is also good for  Muffins I just changed it on my way. Try its yummy and easy!

You will need:
1 cup of yogurt (sugar free)
3eggs (even 4)
1 cup of brown sugar (+ 1 vanilla sugar)
3 cups of flour  (+ 1 baking powder)
3 Soup Spoons of Oil
2 S Spoons of Hezelnuts minced
you can add: dark chocolate and/or fruits
eggs + sugar
oil + yogurt
add with a spoon the flour and baking powder, mix slowly
add the hezelnuts flour/minced
it should look like this
100% cacao chocolate (darker one) + fruits
be creative
oven 180°C for 30mn
