We seem t be in spring.  So here are some tips to feel ready: inside and outside…

1- FRUITS FOR BREAKFAST
pawpaw is a must
2- CHANGE YOUR FACE MOISTURE/ SERUM
Don’t use those used in winter
I choose a regeneratig cream and  idratante (Karité) of  Lierac 
Idéalist  serum(smoothing) di Estée Lauder
3- THE PERFIUME
leave heavy winter perfiumes and choose a fresh, floral ones that suits your skin natural smell.
I choose the new La petite Robe Noire de Guerlain based on Moss
4 – HAIR
  It’s tme to leave your hair free  dried naturally. Use  hair mousse/oil to keep them smooth and hysdratated.
My choice: Mousse Milk Shake
6- OLIO
anche se non avete la pelle secca é giusto usare un olio secco (capelli, viso, corpo) con qualche scintilla dorata per catturare la luce del sole e illuminarvi
il mio olio è NUXE
7- GEL DOCCIA
l’idratazione e la profumazione cominciano già sotto la doccia. Il mio must in assoluto e EUCERIN olio doccia, ma l’alternativa potrebbe essere questa:
8- MOVE
9- SMILE
10 – LOVE
