Hello readers, if you are observing Ramadan starting from today, remember to include complex carbohydrates in your diet – barley, oats, beans, lentils, wholemeal flour and semolina (especially for sohour)These take longer to digest, making you feel less hungry trough the day. Avoid eating salted ingredients this will make you feel thirsty. Combine with light streching execises and a walk after Eftar for a happy, healthy Ramadhan. When you’ll feel hungry and tired think about all people in need, suffering sickness, war and poverty over the world that have only faith in God to go on everyday. Be helpfull, respectfull and generous with yourself and with the others. Be honest.
